Il breve articolo, dopo aver richiamato i capisaldi del restauro della Villa Reale di Monza e degli interventi di recupero e valorizzazione dell’edificio, offre un quadro sintetico delle strategie messe in atto per l’individuazione di funzioni compatibili con gli spazi dall’indiscutibile valore culturale e storico del bene e le conseguenti strategie economico-finanziarie per la sua gestione.

From the central body of the Villa’s restoration project to the management perspective

The short paper shows the main steps of the Villa Reale’s restoration and, in the meanwhile, it reveals the intervention of reclamation and value of the building. Moreover the essay offers a brief overview of the strategies that have been adopted to find new uses for the building compatible with its cultural value and its historical importance and in consequence to achieve new economic strategies to manage it.
